01 what we do

a fractional product team for founders who need senior ownership.

most studios hand you junior contractors and a ticket queue. we hand you senior people who own outcomes (revenue, retention, reliability) and treat your business like it's ours. we've founded venture-backed companies, held patents, shipped acquisitions, and run fractional-cto seats across fintech, legaltech, and healthcare.

every engineer here is ai-native. we use ai to outlearn and outship, and we build ai into your product where it actually compounds. no theater: from the ivr behind 3m+ calls a month to a legal-payments os that got acquired, the work speaks for itself.

02 services

what you can hand us.

01

full-stack product engineering

web, mobile, and infrastructure. senior engineers who own the build end to end and ship every week.

02

product strategy & design

from rough idea to a shape worth building. we sweat the flows, the edges, and what to cut.

03

ai features that actually work

agents, retrieval, evals, the lot. we build ai that earns its place in the product, not demos.

04

ops, support & growth

the boring-but-critical layer: reliability, observability, support loops, and the metrics that matter.

03 outcome lens

we judge the work by what it changes for the business.

revenue quality

we build the things that move the number, and we can tell you which things those are.

retention loops

shipping is easy; keeping users is the game. we design for the second visit, not the first.

reliable shipping

small, reversible changes, every week. predictable velocity beats heroic sprints.

06 questions

the usual questions.

how fast can you start? +

kickoff within 7 days of signing, first real deliverable inside two weeks. we keep a tight bench so we're not scrambling to staff you.

what does 'ai-native' actually mean? +

we use ai across our own workflow to move faster, and we build ai into your product where it earns its keep (agents, retrieval, evals) with the same rigor as any other feature.

who owns the ip? +

you do. work-for-hire, full assignment, nda on request. nothing we build for you is reused without permission.

can we pause or exit? +

yes. sprints are scoped and finite; fractional is month-to-month after a 3-month minimum; full-stack has a 60-day off-ramp. no lock-in games.

do you work with our existing team? +

often. we slot in alongside in-house engineers, hand off cleanly, and leave docs behind. we're here to add leverage, not to fence off the codebase.
